Today, we had the opportunity to interview Lim Jiho, founder of Mobbin,  a comprehensive library of the latest mobile design patterns from apps that reflect the best in design. Mobbin is currently used by over 70,000 designers and product people around the world, including those from design-mature companies such as Airbnb, Facebook, Twitter & Uber. On 4th Nov, we successfully organized a startup sharing event at iCube and invited Janson,  the co-funder of StaffAny  to share with us his experience on how he started his startup from NUS I&E program, in details with topics including the development and funding process: how did StaffAny grow in I&E incubator, what are the challenges they have met, and how did they start from having 0 to raising $1 million. In this article, we will share some impressive points mentioned by Janson during the sharing event. National Satellite of Excellence in Trustworthy Software Systems (SOE)  The National Satellite of Excellence in Trustworthy Software Systems (SOE) aims to develop certification tools and workflows to certify the security and operating environment behaviours of embedded software systems. Anchored in NUS, this SOE is led by Professor Abhik Roychoudhury from NUS School of Computing and Associate Professor Liu Yang from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) School of Computer Science and Engineering. Set up in January 2019, it will be supported with $12 million in funding over four years.
